How do I return an item?
Showcase Hawaii’s Return Policy:
Showcase Hawaii strives to provide you with great deals on great products that meet standards of high quality. Due to the nature of our product offers many of the items are special edition,one-of-a-kind offered for a limited time, in limited quantity.
Showcase Hawaii offers A Full Refund or Exchange on items returned within 7 days of the customer’s receipt of the product. The item must be unused and in its original condition (tags attached, etc.). Original shipping charges can not be refunded and shipping to return the package is your responsibility.
If the item is defective, send it back within 7 days of receipt for the same or similar item if it is available, otherwise a refund will be issued.
•Non returnable Items include swimwear, intimate apparel, under garments, custom items, perishable food items, CD’s, DVD’s or used items.
How to Return an Item:
Enclose the item and the receipt with the return information completed. Please include the reason the item is defective and if you’d like an exchange or Showcase Hawaii merchandise credit. Please do not tape, staple or attach the receipt to the item.
Credits will be issued and can be used for future Showcase Hawaii purchases only. Special edition or one-of-a-kind items will be replaced with a similar item if available or a Showcase Hawaii merchandise credit. Sorry, no Cash Refunds.
Repack the product in the Original Packaging. Do not mix jewelry and non-jewelry items. If the product contains several parts or pieces, the entire item or complete set must be returned for a replacement or Showcase Hawaii merchandise credit.
Cover or remove all original shipping labels on the box or package. Keep a copy of your receipt until your return is processed. Ship the package insured for the full value of the merchandise and prepaid, via the method of your choice U.S. Postal Service, FedEx or UPS send to:

• Remember to cover the original shipping address and use the original box.
• Include entire item or set along with receipt and reason for return.
• Save your shipping receipt until you receive your credit or replacement.
• If return is due to Showcase Hawaii error, there's no charge for postage.
• Please allow 3 weeks for processing and return.
